Really like the taste of these gummies. Also like the consistency. They are soft chewy and easy to consume. Would need to keep consistently using for a longer period of time to see if the gummies actually have an effect on on my hair, skin, and nails, but I plan on sticking with them.

As far as effectiveness goes, these gummies work great. After consistent use I noticed my hair and nails growing significantly faster and longer. I even noticed a difference in my skin. These are very affordable compared to other beauty vitamins on the market. My only complaint is the taste!

Within a month my nails are longer and stronger than they ever have been in my life. These taste great and I love taking them. I bought a dupe when I ran out to see if it performs as well..NOPE! These tasted pretty good. I'm not much of a tablet taker, so having the option of gummies has changed the game. However.... I didn't see much of a difference on my hair, skin, or nails even after 3 months. But, it is never guaranteed to work on every single person since every body is different.
