[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These taste really good, one of the better tasting strawberry flavored supplement items I’ve tried. I don’t like that the first 2 ingredients are corn syrup and sugar, but if you don’t care about that then you’ll probably love these.

I havent taken these gummies long enough to see results. But Ive heard amazing things about these and I cant wait to see results! Been using these for years. I initially started them because medication and age caused my thick and curly hair to thin. They definitely helped my hair, and I now have long, beautiful nails for the first time! In the past my nails were brittle and broke easily.

Honestly I don't know if did any changes to my body. It's delicious and easy to consume cause it tastes like a candy. Probably you can see the result if condition of your hair and nail is not really good, mine was just fine, didn't get to an amazing point, but it is not a magic pill to expect something like that
