Love Love Love these!!! Very expect things to work overnight but after almost a whole bottle I'm noticing my hair's looking healthier and my nails are getting stronger!!! My favorite part is the taste of them. I was never a big fan of vitamins because they never taste well to me but these are so good.

For me, the most important thing in gummies/vitamins is the flavor that doesn't have a bad taste. I'm very picky about that, but this one has a very good flavor. I have been taking them for almost 6 months now and I have seen a change in my hair. I don't feel any change in my nails, but I do in my hair.
