Yes, these might be very tasty; however after years of use, I so little change in my nails or hair. The question asked, “how would I improve the product”? I actually don’t have any suggestions. I think the results we receive by using or consuming a products, depends on the person! If one thing doesn’t work, try something else. However, I did try the jelly beans and my results were the same!

I take them during my lunch and its been working so I recommend them if you have been looking for good vitamins on a budget.

I notice my nails are doing better, letting natural nails grow out, nothing overnight but they seem to be a little stronger as they grow a little. My hair feels slightly softer and a little healthier, will know more when I see hairdresser next week. I would recommend these supplements

My other vitamins for this purpose smell so weird! But the gummies are great and taste wonderful. If only I could get my boyfriend to stop eating them....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking forward to trying out these Nature Bounty hair skin & nails since I have thin hair and my nails aren't as healthy as they used to be. Unfortunately I have not seen any difference or change since taking these gummies. And to me they have a very bitter aftertaste and not a strawberry flavor at all.
