[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been taking two of these a day for about 3 weeks since I got them in my box. Must say I have mixed feelings about this product. My hair definitely seems thicker, my nails are growing faster, and my skin is brighter and clearer. However I would not have bought this product for myself because the ingredients alone. Sugar sugar sugar! This is not something I actively try to cut from my diet. Also gelatin (if you do t know what gelatin is made of you should look it up) and corn syrup . I also hate the taste of them, so artificial. I will finish the bottle but there are other better options out there so I will not be buying this for myself.

I can't tell for sure how effective it is but I feel like my nails look better after taking them for a while.

I take these because they have 2500 MG of Biotin per serving. It helps my skin, hair and nails. I notice a difference while taking these. They are soft and chewy and have a good flavor. These are my favorite because I like the taste and can see the difference.
