I've been using these for about 2 years, and they are fine except for on thing. Even if I just brought them home from the store, it is very difficult to get them out of the container, because they all stick together. When it gets down so far, my fingers just don't reach. My suggestion would be to make them in containers that are shorter with a bigger top so that they can be reached easier. It just took me half an hour to pry and pull, pretty much one at a time, to get them out.

The obly reason for the 4 stars is that because theyre delicious, they have some calories and carbs - not a ton, but still a down side! But theyre the best gummie vitamins I have had!!

I havent seen much of a difference in my skin as of yet! All in all, Im very pleased with my results and will continue to use this product.
