[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive been consistently taking these gummy vitamins since I got the box a few weeks ago, and while its hard to judge something like this without months of consistent use, I feel like I can confidently give a 4/5 review! For starters, lets be real; we out here taking vitas because those Flinstone gummies are DELICIOUS. These Natures Bounty gummies are no different; they taste amazing. A lot of vitamins smell awful, give you bad burps, linger in your stomach and make you feel like you just ate a whole fish for hours after taking them. These had no unpleasant smelly residue to name, and taste like a gummy bear! From the included ingredients on the side, they look like reputable hair and nail vitamins on that alone. Now, have I noticed a difference? ... not really. However, I think that is less to do with the quality of this product, and more to do with how much my hair and nails realistically grow in the span of two weeks! That being said, Im looking forward to continuing to devour these delicious little gummies for another month, and probably pick some up when I run to get those good good results. ;)

Taste and texture of these is okay. They have a strong sweet scent but it's not a bad scent. I'm not sure if it works because I haven't taken them for a long enough time. I do hate that they all stick together and become one squishy mound that makes it hard to take a daily serving. And yes, this is despite having them in a house that has ac.

I have taken the vitamins for several days and the changes really do not look so fast, I think if you take the vitamins for 3-4 months you can see more results. my hair grows very slow so I hope it helps me to grow more. The nails if I have felt that they are not as fragile as I had before. I think the changes do not look so fast with this product but it is very important to give vitamins to our skin, hair and nails. I received the product for free but its price seems very good for me to be some vitamins that can last you almost 2 months (if you take 2 daily vitamins). the strawberry flavor is exquisite and I would love to taste the other flavors.
