My nails are a bit stronger but they are still peeling. I haven’t noticed much change in my skin but I suffer from dry skin in the winters. I got them for free from Influenster to review, but I will be purchasing after I run out because they have great ingredients and I want to see what the long term results will me. These are amazing!! I take them everyday. They taste amazing, not chalky tasting like other supplements. Last a good couple months and great price as well! Easy to find at any drug store as well. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for biotin tablets.
