Taking a hair skin and nail supplement is important to me so I am so happy that i tried these! I would totally get them again!! I got them for free in my voxbox and when I saw these in there I was super excited to try!

I have been using these for a few months now they seems to be working on my nails making them stronger the texture is like that of a thick gummy the taste is good the ingredients are no artificial sweetener which I like it contains vitamin C vitamin e and biotin I will continue to use these for a few months to see what they do for my hair but overall I am happy with these supplements.

It was like taking a placebo and therefore a waste. I can see how the idea of a gummy vitamin might appeal to some, but I didnt like the taste or flavor and so I would rather just swallow a pill.
