Im really surprised to say that theyre already working! Ive had two people comment on how long my hair has been getting! Ive used the sugar bear gummies and and St. Tropica ones which are both much more expensive and while those seemed to work well these seem to be working even better and faster. I enjoy the taste, results, and price. I will be purchasing these for myself when I run out.

Haven't noticed much with my hair though. They are affordable and you can find them easily. I would recommend. This product was sent to me for review.

i bought these 2 mounths ago the frist 30 days my hair had grown 3 inches where it was thin at the part line i noticed it was thicker and fuller my nails where no longer brittle and they didn,t breck when they got so long these gummies made a beliver out of me

I had heard good things about how great it worked. I was very pleasantly surprised that my hair nails and skin had an improvement. I used up the entire container with positive results. I repurchased it with a a lot MCG. I recommend this product without hesitation. I did review the newer purchase of 3000 MCG. Please read that also.

I like these I'm not sure how much they actually work but they are yummy and I have use them for quite some time my hair grows pretty well and my skin does look pretty good when I do take them however I don't think it's like this huge transformation from taking them at least in my experience
