Always looking for ways to make my hair, skin, and nails as vibrant as possible and this was a tasty way to do so. Not wild about added sugars but the amount is negligible so this is a product I wouldnt mind adding as a regular supplement.

However, I have a nutrition background and one of my pet peeves is when they put over 100% of your daily recommended value... if its over 100% you urinate out the excess so thats a gimmick that people need to watch out for, especially with any vitamin like products. If youre looking to grow your hair this still could be a good product to use though and easy to take because it tastes good!

The gummies taste great and are incredibly soft. I think for the price they are a great way to supplement your nutrition. But I just dont believe Ive been taking them long enough to see a result.

I've been growing my nails for a couple weeks and they haven't broken off, instead they have been verh strong. I didnt see much diffrence in my skin and hair but it worked for my nails.

Do I think its a good add on when you have a healthy diet, you eat a lot of whole foods and you need some extra help? Beware that theres sugar in them and if youre strict about sugar in your diet, these would count as candies. I took these two years ago and loved them, since I didnt need much of anything but just a little support. Ingredients include: Vitamin C Vitamin E Biotin Do I think these ingredients going to give you the best Hair/Skin/Nails? As I said - if you already are doing great and need only a little push. But if youre like me, travel a lot, cannot cook a nutritious meal everyday - these are not going to substitute all the nutrients you need (no vitamins will) Will I recommend them? I sure will! But dont overlap these with multivitamins (more doesnt mean better).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Natures bounty hair skin& nails 2500mcg of Biotin. First off they are so easy to take in gummy form, and the flavor is great!! I have been using them for about 2 weeks consistently and I definitely see a bit of a change. My nails definitely feel stronger and I do have less breakage. My skin looks great, but I do take great care of it, so I think that this just helps that and is an added bonus. I haven’t noticed much with my hair, but I also color treatment and don’t have issues with growth. Over all I do really like this gummy and it is going to be a permanent addition to my vitamin routine.
