I’ve been taking these since I was in high school… and that was years ago! It’s such a good vitamin and has helped my hair and nails grow. My hair is healthier and my nails are not fragile as they use to be before I started taking these. I highly recommend if anyone is considering getting these or wanting to try biotin vitamins.

I was previously using another HSN supplement that is a lot more effective in comparison. However, I do feel like these helped maintain the progress I had made with the other supplement.

I feel like I can get the same vitamins from a health store without all the sugar. Too sweet for my liking. I feel like I haven’t used them for long enough to see any results but I don’t know if I’ll continue based on the flavor.
