Biotin just isn't something people have a deficiency in and you can get it easily with a good diet. There are no studies to back up that taking supplements will promote hair and nails growth. Also, gummies are not the best ways to get supplements because the way they are made does not guarantee how much of the vitamins, biotin, etc will actually be in each gummy. They tasted good, but I noticed no improvements in my hair, skin, or nails.

While I dont have any issues with growing hair, my nails have visibly shown a difference in strength. While I feel like I need to try these for another month or two to see major improvements, I can see some changes in the short time Ive had them. I have been taking nature's bounty hair and nail vitamins for several years now. I have noticed that my nails are stronger and my hair does not break as easily. This has met my expectations and I will continue to purchase it. Along with diet and exercise, these vitamins will work.
