I started taking these for my hair back in 2015 and now it's a must have in my house. I even got my boyfriend to start taking them (as they are unisex) and he noticed that his dry skin and dandruff improved after the first few days. My hair is my temple and is the first thing people usually notice about me so these help me maintain it and helps my hair grow faster, same as my nails. My nails used to have white spots on them but then when I started taking these, the white spots went away after the first week. I definitely would tell anybody to start taking these just for the purpose that it actually does help your hair, skin and nails.

Upon receiving this product I was very excited since its the number 1 brand for hair, skin, and nails. The pros of this product is that the gummies taste like candy and the flavor is strawberry. I took 2 gummies daily with a meal. Per serving it was 2500 mcg. I would recommend this item and look forward to seeing the outcome of taking this for a few months straight. Its definitely a try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I wanted to take these for at least a week before I reviewed them. Well the taste is great, thats the first thing we notice right?! They are soft as well. One week in my nails are growing and stronger. I havent noticed much change in my hair or skin but I was so happy about my nails that the other two didnt bother me. The ends of my hair do seem a little healthier but not a drastic improvement.

They are a good supplement if you are looking for Biotin and after about a month I can tell a different in my nail strength.
