They smell amazing and taste amazing. Since I've started taking them my nails have became much stronger and they are growing like crazy. My hair isnt falling out as much as it used to and it feels a little fuller.

As a vegetarian who also works a crazy schedule, I know there are days when Im not getting enough protein, calcium & many other essential vitamins when Im working 13 hours on my feet and barely have time for a quick snack, let alone a 30 min lunch. Enter Natures Bounty - now I can make sure my body is getting what it needs daily by taking 5 seconds to open these up and eat one on my way out the door every morning. Its a no-brainer for me. Though I did receive this product complimentary, I will continue to buy once I run out.

The supplement and vitamin daily values were satisfactory. The taste was very good! The only improvement I suggest would be to increase the amount of supplements and vitamin values besides the biotin, and to increase the amount of gummies in one container. My favorite part of these was the taste - SO GOOD!

So far so good. I had been taking biotin capsules at the same 2500mg dose for a few weeks before I started taking these gummies. This is a nice change. They taste like candy. I will update when the bottle is empty. *tip: be sure to drink plenty of water while taking biotin supplements*

Its hard to determine whether the product is working to its full potential considering that I havent used it for a full month yet. BUT I do feel like my hair and skin have shown some effects from using it already. The flavor is semi sour and pleasing. Definitely not a vitamin taste.
