These were something I was extremely excited about since I have extremely brittle hair and nails. 3 days in to take them I broke a nail and by day 7 it was right back to the same length as when I broke it. My nails are stronger than ever and so is my hair! I cant recommend these enough. Im so excited I found out about these. Definitely a forever thing for my fault routine..

These vitamins are so good. They taste great and they work great. I usually take them in the morning when I have my breakfast. They're so convenient and easy to take and I see a difference in my hair and nails when I take these vitamins. Love them‼️‼️ highly recommend

After using these for a month I can see a difference in the growth of my nails and skin .They are all natural ingredients and the bottle is small enough to keep in my purse. They taste great too !! i would recommend anyone that is trying to grow there nails and hair to try them

In my experience not all gummies taste that great, but these really do taste good and they are soft, not super chewy. I loved receiving a full sized complimentary bottle and will probably start purchasing them from now on. Who doesn't like amping up their hair, skin and nail game?!

They taste like strawberries and yogurt, the serving size it 2 a day but I could eat them all, I thing they have made my hair stronger as well wish is the point, but I think I need to take more to find out for sure

In comparison to others, it's better, but not good. Moderately priced and may recommend to people in the beauty industry that want to add a Biotin gummy for their hair regimen.

It does taste a little chalky to me, but would not stop me from taking them. I have been taking the gummies for about a week, and my nails do seem to be getting stronger.
