[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are delicious! Great flavor of strawberry.. no weird after taste. I could take these everyday with out even thinking they are vitamins. Super soft and easy to chew. Two a day is all you need for great nails.. long hair and radiant skin.

My nail growth was increased a ton, also while my hair seems much stronger as well. The taste of the vitamins are much better versus other hair skin and nail vitamins. Highly recommend these.

While I do take it daily, I cannot see a big difference in my hair/skin/nails. I do feel like my hair feels a little thicker at times though

A serving size is two gummies and they have a fruit flavor similar to a fruit snack. I will update the review as I get closer to finishing the bottle in hopes that I see some benefits and growth in hair and nails.
