Noticed minor improvement to hair skin and nails. Nothing major and there are better/ more potent supplements out there that I would use over this one. Not bad for a beginner or something just needing an extra boost but for people who take hair and skin care seriously I would pass on this. Good affordable option though.

The gummies taste so good and I have 2 a day with my breakfast. Maybe I would buy them again to give them a second chance and see better results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this vitamins! The gummies taste so good, its hard to only take 2. They contain a perfect amount of Vitamin C, vitamin E and biotin, which are great to make your hair and nails grow and your skin glow

They taste DELICIOUS! I wanted to have more than 2 per day because they were really yummy. I had the whole jar, but I experienced no difference at all in my nails or hair. I guess it takes more than 1 month (or 1 bottle of those) to start seeing results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I noticed about this product is that it is TASTY! It doesnt have the medicinal taste a lot of other gummy vitamins have. Ive used biotin and other hair vitamins for awhile, so I cant necessarily say if this specific product is working better or worse than others. I do wish it was a multivitamin though, as Ive started using a womens multi that has all of these nutrients and more. However if youre only looking for hair, skin & nail help, Id definitely recommend!!

However, I can 100%, confidently say that this gummies thickened and improved the rate of my nail growth because I have the THINNEST, least healthy nails ever! I am so impressed with them now and would highly recommend!
