Im sure it will take a few weeks to see results but these are affordable and I will definitely be buying them again once I finish this bottle.

My hair seems stronger, shinier and Ive been have great hair day everyday!! Im exited to see how they do after a few months. Oh and they also taste pretty good.

The first night I had one, it was around 7pm. A few hours later, I was sitting on my couch and watching TV when I started getting incredibly nauseous. I was so lightheaded that the room seemed to be spinning and I had to lay down. I thought I must have been getting sick and really paid no mind to it after the episode was over. The next day, I was excited to take my new gummies so I did. This time, I started getting nauseous almost immediately and continued to feel uneasy for the rest of the day. I realized the only thing I had been doing differently in my daily routine were the gummies so I stopped taking them to test things out. I have not gotten nauseous or lightheaded since and it has been over a month since this happened. For some reason my body did not react well to this product and I stopped consuming it immediately. It could definitely just be placebo effect, but either way Im loving the YUMMY flavor (I always want to eat more than two). I also love that theyre not as sugary and carby as other gummy vitamins at only 15 calories!

This supplement has both biotin and vitamin C. It's great. I hear that you need to take vitamin c so your body can consume biotin. (not sure if it is true). With the other product, I have to take an extra pill. Not with this one ( yeah). The gummies are delicious. Sometimes, I forgot it is a supplement not a real gummy 🤪.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I wanted to take these for at least a week before I reviewed them. Well the taste is great, thats the first thing we notice right?! They are soft as well. One week in my nails are growing and stronger. I havent noticed much change in my hair or skin but I was so happy about my nails that the other two didnt bother me. The ends of my hair do seem a little healthier but not a drastic improvement.
