These are a great starter for your collagen, biotin, anti-aging gummies. Of course, there are a myriad of others but these are a nice basic one. You will need to basically consume the whole bottle and then get another and be super consistent to “see” the results. You’ll notice shinier hair and faster growing nails. Skin still pretty much the same, maybe a little more hydrated? But I like them and they taste good, also cheaper than most others with option for bigger bottles.

They are not super hard. They are gummies! I cut my hair about a week before I started taking these gummies and I have noticed a difference. It does look like my hair has grown a bit. I believe these are helping and making a difference. I would buy these and I do recommend them!
