[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great taste, i have used this in my past, i havent seen a big difference in 2 months of using the vitamins, i mean you can see a little bit of change on the nails and skin, at least that i have noticed.

I started taking these for my hair back in 2015 and now it's a must have in my house. I even got my boyfriend to start taking them (as they are unisex) and he noticed that his dry skin and dandruff improved after the first few days. My hair is my temple and is the first thing people usually notice about me so these help me maintain it and helps my hair grow faster, same as my nails. My nails used to have white spots on them but then when I started taking these, the white spots went away after the first week. I definitely would tell anybody to start taking these just for the purpose that it actually does help your hair, skin and nails.

I didnt feel a big difference in my hair, skin and nails, but Ill keep using it and see if anything improves. I didnt like how it has high fructose corn syrup as a big ingredient because thats totally unnecessary in a vitamin. I think there are better vitamins out there by MyKind Organics and they all organic and vegan.

Recommend them 100% the are so flavorful you wont even taste nothing more than strawberries. Price is great can be purchased in numerous stores.

I tried the Natures Bounty Hair Skin and Nails gummies a while back and although they had a nice flavor to them they didn't help me like I expected . I didn't really notice any growth in my hair and nails . I do like the fact they were gummies and not pills . They did have a nice flavor to them but I did not get any hair or nail growth

The strawberry flavor is great. I'm excited to see the results of continuous use. I have very short and brittle nails so I definitely should see some results.
