I have been on this product for a year-and-a-half or maybe longer, but recently I purchased two bottles of your gummies Hair Skin and nails and both of the bottles had what seemed to be very old chewables in them. They are dry and have stuck together and can't hardly get them out of the bottle. Normally I don't have this problem, and I know obviously the retailer has not rotated stock. But for the first few days Ive used them I think my nails have grown stronger, but I dont know if thats true or Im just making myself think that.

I use this product on a daily basis and have been for several months now. They don't taste bad like some other gummies do any finally started seeing some results with the hardness of my nails. Don't let these vitamins get warm though. They give off a bad chemical odor that almost made me think twice a out eating them but I'm still taking them anyway 😳🤣

I finished the entire bottle but didn't see much results. I was expecting for my nails to look better and grow healthier but nothing. My skin and hair didn't see much change either. Not really sure if this product delivered any good results which was disappointing.

I prefer the orange flavor to the strawberry but both are fine - this honestly tastes like a regular old fruit snack not like it's a vitamin. As for the effectiveness I feel like these worked to help keep my skin clear and I did notice more fullness in my eye lashes but the thing is you have to take them consistently and you can't stop - once you stop all progress goes away quickly.
