I thought I ate a sweet one and the reality is that they were from Nature's Bounty. I would buy them without hesitation when this package is finished.

I started taking these gummies and theyre actually pretty good tasting! My nails are the longest Ive ever had them naturally. The hand full of times I tried growing them out they were so brittle and would break but Im a month in and theyre thick nail beds would recommend

I am a few weeks in and Im not sure if I can really tel a difference in my nails, hair, or skin. Overall though I really like them and will continue the bottle for sure.

I gave it 3 stars and have only had it for 2 wks, it usually takes about 3 months of trying a specific vitamin. In the 2 weeks Ive noticed my nails are actually growing a little and theyre hard. Id like to try and do a review when Im finished with the bottle! Theyre soft and very tasty, no vitamin aftertastes and remembering to take 2 a day is easy if you leave them on my nightstand.

After only a week of taking these I noticed my nails feeling stronger and less brittle. My nails normally dont have a problem growing but they tend to break easily. I think with continued use of these my nails will grow stronger and be able to stop breaking and stay long
