I’ve gotten these before but a couple weeks after starting a new container, all the gummies stuck together. The cap was on porperly the entire time. This is so annoying. I’ve spent a good half hour trying to break up the glob out of the container so I can separate them individually, so I can take them. This hasn’t happened before and for rather pricey vitamins, this is a hassle.

Its hard to say whether or not i see in real change in my hair, skin or nails (I happen to have very strong nails, and a rigorous skincare routine). The ingredients arent stellar, gelatin, maltodextrin, but those are expected because its a gummy! I take thus one and the one with collagen because Im getting older and these are suppose to helps my skin look younger. I do notice that my face looks a little firmer around my jaw line and not as dry and washed up looking. I recommend these vitamins
