I like these gummies because they're tasty! However, I will admit that i did not see any major changes to my skin and hair. I noticed hair growth is arms and legs but not on my hair. I am taking a break and going back to see if i can notice more changes. Eventually, i recommend taking other factors into consideration like water intake and diet.

I found the taste really good, and the smell to not be too overwhelming! My hair hair and skin look so much better now, but I will definitely switch back to my collagen one.

I used to take biotin to improve my hair and skin health (my nails are naturally beautiful and strong- lucky me) but I got tired of it and did not notice a huge difference after a very long time. What I like the most about this product is that all I'm doing is taking delicious gummies not pills. I received this complementary Nature's Bounty multivitamins gummies almost a month ago and really wanted to wait before posting a review and let me tell you, they're totally worthy... These are nice to have for a vitamin regime but man what a challenge to get them out of the bottle. They were all stuck together in a big clump and I had to dig with a fork to get them out and move them to an easier access container. Change the packaging please! Thank you
