Hard not to eat the whole bottle.I know it generally takes at least 30 days to notice a difference in your hair, skin, and nails, so I waited as long as I could before adding a review. I have to say, I haven't noticed a major difference, however my hair and nails seem to be growing at a slightly faster rate than normal. I will go and buy another package because I want to see if there's any continued growth an improvement in my hair skin and nails.

I don't think it was going to work because they are gummies and are way too sweet to work but after a month I must say that I've seen my nail grow a bit faster than usual and they are coming in thicker as well. So I'd say this product works but it takes time.

I cut several inches off my hair in August and it's January and my hair is almost back to that length. My only concern is that sugar is the first ingredient which usually means there's a lot of it. Concerns me a bit.

I have gone through different types and brands of hair and skin vitamins including home treatments to help my hair and nails such as eating raw eggs. The price for these vitamins isn't exactly cheap however it is well worth it! I always buy a new bottle once i run out and I have used 4 bottles since i first tried the product it also tastes so good that you'll want to eat it as a snack! My hair grows so well and my nails grow so fast i have to cut them twice a month at least.
