However as far as a product that actually helps with your hair and nails I dont think that this product does anything. I took it as directed for the duration of the bottle and noticed no tangible difference in the quality of either my hair or nails. Would not recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most of the time gummy vitamins are chalky and gross. These are not chalky and have a great strawberry flavor. I take them after dinner as a sort of dessert. Most vitamins I forget to take but thanks to the yummy taste I remember these.

While these gummies are yummy and easy to incorporate into my daily routine, I have found that they tend to dry out before I can finish them all. Starting a fresh bottle is great, but once I get down to the end they get stuck to the plastic at the bottom or dry out.

In the past I have bought hair, skin, and nails vitamins and they taste terrible but with these you cant even tell they are vitamins. They taste just like candy!

They are a good value and have no artifical sugar which is important to me. These are a little bit too sugery for me personally, but otherwise are exactly what I expected.
