I love how its loaded with not only biotin, but several other vitamins as wells. The taste of these gummy vitamins makes you feel like you are eating a strawberry candy. AMAZING!!!

They smell amazing and taste amazing. Since I've started taking them my nails have became much stronger and they are growing like crazy. My hair isnt falling out as much as it used to and it feels a little fuller.
