I always feel a slight bit better after taking them but I still recommend adding additional supplements if u feel u still need them

I have noticed my nails growing longer than they have in a while. I have brittle nails, and after a few weeks of using these, I have seen a difference in my nail quality.

Its very gummy and very soft and it just feels weird when you chew. However, once you get over that theyre so easy to use! Take 2 a day, and youre set no nasty pills :) I havent been taking them very long to notice a drastic change (vitamins can take a whole month Ive heard to reallllly make a noticeable difference) but I will update my review once Ive completed the bottle :)
