Been using these for years. I initially started them because medication and age caused my thick and curly hair to thin. They definitely helped my hair, and I now have long, beautiful nails for the first time! In the past my nails were brittle and broke easily.

I used the entire bottle, but was truly unsure if I was experiencing the desired side effects. They taste great. No lingering aftertaste. They didn't seem too sweet or sucky when chewing. Maybe a regimen of no less that 3-4 months would provide some visual results.

I'm guessing that any changes to my hair will take a bit longer but I'll ride it out and buy another bottle or two. They taste like strawberries and don't cause me any break outs (which I've read are a possible side effect). But also note that I'm not prone to breakouts anyway.
