I tried the Natures Bounty Hair Skin and Nails gummies a while back and although they had a nice flavor to them they didn’t help me like I expected . I didn’t really notice any growth in my hair and nails . I do like the fact they were gummies and not pills . They did have a nice flavor to them but I did not get any hair or nail growth

Ive used them in the past and I did notice my nails got stronger and grew back faster. I didnt notice a huge difference in my hair but I only used them for consistently for two months. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Nature's Bounty gummies are the mot delicious tasting gummies I have ever had. The texture is so soft and easy to chew. Most gummies are tougher to bite into, these just make me wish the serving size were greater than just two a day! The flavor is also a very delightful strawberry and doesn't taste like the strong artificial flavors in many gummy vitamins. They are gluten free, with no artificial sweeteners. I will continue taking these to see the physical results of my hair, skin, and nails.

Great tasting gummies! However, I find they didn’t have much, if any, affect on my hair, skin, or nails. Which is unfortunate considering their name… I tried these for several months but eventually replaced them with another supplement that was a bit stronger and more effective for me.
