Upon receiving this product I was very excited since its the number 1 brand for hair, skin, and nails. The pros of this product is that the gummies taste like candy and the flavor is strawberry. I took 2 gummies daily with a meal. Per serving it was 2500 mcg. I would recommend this item and look forward to seeing the outcome of taking this for a few months straight. Its definitely a try.

I've only been taking them for about a week or so and havent seen any real differences. But I feel like as an overal vitamin, it's pretty good!
