I haven't been using them long enough to know if it will help with hair growth but I've had many people recommend them to me so I'm eager to experience my own results!

When i first saw them i was worried about tasting them because i didnt like how they looked but looks can be deceiving. Ive had other gummy bear vitamins and they actually tasted like medicine so i didnt enjoy them but these gummy vitamins taste like a snack. Im glad that they have biotin. Been looking for something to take to add strength to my hair.

I honestly get many of the vitamins in my normal multi viramin. I recieved these for free, so i will use them, but wont repurchase.

I do live on these! I've been taking these gummies on and off for years and not only do they taste delicious but they've really strengthened my hair skin and nails! I can tell the difference after a few months of taking them every day. The bottle is quality and holds a lot of vitamins.

They definitely taste good, and good value for the price. As far as seeing results I havent yet but Ive only been trying them for about 2 to 3 weeks now. Will update if I see noticeable results!
