I rated 4 stars because I generally dont like to take gummy vitamins, I feel like capsule vitamins work faster. But these actually worked pretty well. My nails grew longer and so did my hair. My mom loved these as well.

I noticed zero change in my hair skin or Nails. I typically have great nails and pretty good skin, with fine breakage prone hair, and none of that changed with this product.
