This is a Very good choice if your looking for a good tasting and affordable option that will give you a great amount of nutrients to help a woman's hair, skin and nails. I enjoyed the gummy texture it made it easier take and the strawberry flavor was yummy. After a month of taking these I have not noticed any difference in my hair or my skin. My nails though I have noticed them to be stronger and shinier.

Tastes so good I have to force myself to stop taking more. I can't say that I see or feel any different with my skin, hair, and nails. If I do notice anything, it may just be a placebo effect. But it doesn't hurt to take them, and since they taste good and they're fun to eat since they're gummies, it feels like a treat.
