I have just started taking them so I cannot say that I have noticed any improvement in my hair or nails. But, as someone who has difficulty swallowing pills, I find that the gummies are easy to take. A friend recommended these to me and her nails and hair look great.

I took these for a while and they seem to have worked fine! Maybe a little on the spendy side and didn't taste the greatest but they did the job and that's all that matters! I take prenatals still 11 months pp so for now I'll stick to these because they seem to be working just as good
