[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These gummies taste fantastic! I prefer gummy vitamins to other vitamins, so these are a definite win for me. I think theyre starting to prove effective, my nails definitely seem thicker and my hair seems to be growing.

I definitely noticed a difference in my hair and nails. I could definitely see more shine in my hair, and in fact, was even complimented on it! The most noticeable change I saw was in my nails. For the first time ever they grew long and strong! As far as my skin, I didn't necessarily notice any big visibly, but it was a bit softer to the touch. Added bonus, the gummies taste good! Overall, this product is great. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is due to the minimal skin change. For the hair and nails, it's definitely a 5 star.
