They are strawberry flavored and they are NOT appetizing. They taste more like medicine than the other vitamins gummies I have had in the past.

Ive been using these for about two weeks & I do feel like Ive had less fall out when washing my hair. Kinda hard to tell after a short time the long term results but they seem to have a good amount of biotin & other great ingredients. They also taste pretty decent & dont have a major vitamin taste. Better price than some others too.

My nails are stronger and Ive noticed my hair length is a bit longer. The best part is these gummies taste like candy!!! But only 2 are recommended per day.

The most important thing for me is the second thing Ill write about and thats taste, the taste is not so good compared to its competition. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First and foremost, these gummies taste really good! They arent hard either like some of the gummies Ive tried before. The only reason Im giving this 4 stars is I feel I havent been taking them long enough to notice any big changes. After about 3 weeks, I do notice my nails have been growing more than usual. My hair does feel soft, but those are about the only two things I notice so far. Hopefully after finishing the bottle, Ill be able to update this review with anything else I notice!
