Guys...these actually taste really really good! Anyone else a sucker for gummy vitamins versus ones you swallow? The amount you get in a bottle is very generous and lasts a good while. Just make sure you take them consistently. I noticed a huge difference when I did that versus taking one here and there.

I havent taken them long enough to tell if they are making a difference in my hair skin or nails, but they sure do taste good!!! They have all sorts of vitamins in them. These are yum! First, let me start by saying their strawberry flavor tastes so good. Plus, I love being able to eat soft gummies rather then take hard-to-swallow pills. I started buying these when I read that biotin is great for hair and nails, which it totally is! 100% taking biotin has helped kept my hair and nails healthy. Who doesn't love that?
