These vitamins have a very high level of Biotin in them, so they will definitely target hair, skin, and nails. I do have to admit that the other two brands of gummy vitamins that I have tried have been on the tastier side, but these are definitely palatable.

The price is a great value for the vitamins you get. They are effective at supplementing my diet and provide enough to keep my skin and hair healthy.

Believe it or not I noticed a difference in only 5 days! That speaks volumes to me. Plus they really are tasty. I will definitely purchase these again!

They taste really good Ive taken them for 4 days so far and I will say this I cut my nails the day I started them and theyve grown pretty fast and are stronger than the usually brittle nails they are and the only thing Ive changed is taking these gummies so Im loving them so far definitely recommend!!!!

From what I can tell after using them for a month, it did help with the strength of my nails. My nails are really long, and I haven't experienced a break since using these. As far as hair and skin, I would like to keep trying them to see but I didn't have any extra problems while taking these so I'm confident that these are legit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product tasted great! I like it better than any gummy vitamins I have tried. However, I was hoping for much better results. I noticed zero change in my hair skin or Nails. I typically have great nails and pretty good skin, with fine breakage prone hair, and none of that changed with this product. I gave it two Stars instead of one because I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt, knowing that maybe my observations weren't perfect.
