[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really LOVED the Nature's Bounty Optimal Solutions Hair Skin & Nails Gummies , theyre SO GOOD and yummy, it taste like candy. I cant wait to see the results on my skin, hair and nails, but so far, I just felt in love with them.

Sadly had to toss these, i was expecting a great turn out since my nails are very short and are slow at growing and i wanted my hair to be more healthier but instead of helping with those issues they made me sick, i was shaking uncontrollably and i was extremely nauseous. it could be because i was allergic to something in them but i'm not quite sure. i know they work for other people but sadly they didn't work for me :(

When I take these, I can tell an improvement in my nails and my skin tends to clear up easier when I take these. It was an added bonus having a coupon for another bottle included with this.
