[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive purchases these before when i ran out of another vitamin. Theyre ok. The main brand i use has better taste and shows better results. These are chalky. I didnt notice breath taking results. They do whats expected for the price. Not much.

I took these a few years ago. Honestly did not see any change in my hair, skin, or nails. I did not repurchase due to this and now take a regular multivitamin. They did taste good though and were inexpensive compared to a lot of other hair, skin, and nail vitamin brands.

I had heard good things about how great it worked. I was very pleasantly surprised that my hair nails and skin had an improvement. I used up the entire container with positive results. I repurchased it with a a lot MCG. I recommend this product without hesitation. I did review the newer purchase of 3000 MCG. Please read that also.

I've been using these for a while. I like the flavor. They don't taste like vitamins. More like eating a soft gummie. They have been instrumental in my hair growth. I haven't noticed any changes to my nails and I already have good skin,but for sure my hair grows on these.

My nails feel stronger and my skin feels softer and smoother! The taste isnt all that great but considering the benefits. I can deal with it! I havent been able to notice much of a different in my hair,nails, or skin yet but i will definitely continue to use them for now!

The taste and texture are perfect. Its too soon to see any hair growth but my nails are flourishing! Definitely going to continue using this product.
