I’ve used these before and liked them. But the most recent bottle is just one big clump of gummies that are very difficult to separate and look and taste different than those in the bottle I just finished. I thought maybe they were expired but they’re supposed to be good for more than a year. Ugh!

I've been taking these vitamins for about 9 months and absolutely luv them. My hair is stronger and grows like a weed. I color my hair alot and since I've been taking these vitamins I've noticed less damage to my hair., My skin is firm and has a healthy shine. My nails are significantly stronger and grow fast. I'm in my mid 40's and these vitamins help to replace what's naturally missing in these 3 areas due to age. I also take daily meds that cause hair loss and these vitamins have been a life saver.
