Just because I'm an adult doesn't mean vitamins can't be fun! I started taking these after removing a gel manicure that didn't want to be removed, it's been about a month and my nails are growing nicely and feel a bit stronger compared to after the gel manicure. I probably won't continue on these after this bottle is gone as my daily vitamin is pretty comprehensive.

I've been taking these for about two years and I have been a definite improvement in my hair, skin, and nails, The fact I can pop them in my mouth and forget it is so much easy then trying to remember to take pills which I always forgot. They are right by my coffee pot so first thing in the A.M. I take them.

I never though I would like a gummy vitamin enough to continue to take it and buy it. Not only is the taste great but I have noticed insane difference in the health of my nails. I love these vitamins because they taste amazing of course but I also have noticed a positive difference in my hair and skin. I have always had healthy, thick, and fast-growing nails but Im sure the gummies help with that too! My only con is that sometimes the gummies can get stuck together and/or stuck to the bottle and can be hard to get out. Other than that I recommend all my ladies out there try it out!!
