Vitamins with biotin in them always worry me a little bit because I'm afraid that my skin might break out, but so far I havent had any issues there. Also they are so inexpensive!! The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because I havent been taking them long enough to see if they help with my hair and nail growth. I recieved this product complimentary for testing purposes.

I will say they taste AMAZING and i looked forward to eating the gummies each morning. Overall, I probably would not purchase again and stick to multivitamins. However, if you're looking for biotin vitamins I would recommend these because the taste is fantastic and they get the job done.

The gummies are soft and they smell like strawberries which I love! Packaging looks nice too! I will use this as my everyday vitamins from now on

They also smell really good too. I think these were mostly effective at making my skin appear more like glowing. I think these are good vitamins because they taste very good so I dont mind taking them. They are soft, squishy, and sweet! They taste like a sweet treat but theyre actually good for you! I definitely think this is a good price as long as they work like theyre supposed to! Im not sure how I completely feel about the strawberry flavor it may be a little too sweet for my tasting. One other thing is the vitamin E is the synthetic version (dL-alpha-tocopheryl) and I wish it was the natural version (d-alpha-tocopheryl) but it is harder to find vitamins with the natural version, they dont differ much just slight personal preference for me.
