Taking vitamins is a wonderful thing for your body... remembering to take the vitamins is the hard part and is kind of my reason for not buying them anymore hahaha(: these gummies are awesome and I love candy.. which is perfect because! They taste just like a fruit snack and because of that they are much easier to remember to take. I am hopeful for fantastic results!!!

I have been using these gummies for about a month now and I love the way they taste. They taste like strawberry shoelaces. However I have no idea if theyre working. In general my skin is quite good and I eat quite healthy so I dont really have a problem. I have taken biotin in the past and have noticed that it usually makes me break out terribly but this doesnt. I probably wont repurchase these because I dont really need them. But I would recommend them to anyone who does take biotin. They really do taste wonderful. If Natures Bounty just did a regular gummie multivitamin I would definitely be interested in taking that.

They actually do taste like strawberry and are very soft. I like that on top of that, they are beneficial to one's health. Overall, I didn't notice a huge difference in me just because I wasn't really paying attention to a before and after, but I can definitely say that my hair and nails do grow rather quick. I just can't guarantee it's due to these gummies, although I do recommend them.
