Ill have to keep taking them to see if there will be any results but so far the taste is great and I think my nails seem a little better its hard to tell when you need a few weeks probably to see a difference. Ive had my thoughts on trying these out so Im glad they were sent free to try in my VoxBox.

I will say... I often forget to take my vitamins, however, this bright pink bottle on my dresser is hard to miss ... They require no water and I've actually been better at taking my vitamins each day!!! Thanks so much for sending these and adding a healthy start to my day.

I absolutely loved taking these! My hair definitely grew healthier and looked better than before. It was also like taking a little treat too since it is a gummy. But, the only reason I stopped taking them and take away a star is the sugar. I didn't want to consume 2g of sugar every day when I took one of these. If you don't care about your sugar intake, then I would recommend these. But, if you do, I would just take the biotin pills, as I do now.

I was really worried about them not tasking good, but they are great! I also think the price point is very reasonable.
