I’ve been using these for a little over 3 years now. They taste great, are convenient and have especially helped my hair and nails with breakage.

I have been using Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails for a little over a year now when needed and this product is amazing.

I noticed improvement in my nails but as fair as my skin or hair, not so much. The flavor is good unlike others I’ve tried so that’s a plus.

It’s going to take a while for your nails and hair to start growing but I think it helps if you wait on it and take your time

I do notice a difference when I dont take these, especially in my nails. My nails often get brittle but this has improved that, along with growth.

I don’t notice a difference when using these and not using them. The gummies do taste really good. They’re sweet and taste like candy.

Love them, easy to take, perfect amount of biotin for daily use. Great for my skin, nails and hair, makes them stronger and healthier, very happy

I love an adult gummy! These taste great and anything to grow my hair and nails is a huge plus! Wish they came in a higher dosage though.
