When it tells you that you have to take it everyday, do that. It does help you. I do recommend with food but, not all the time.

These vitamins are great, easy to chew and taste good. They aren’t expensive and it’s great over all for your body/skin.

Taste good and has nice flavor. Good for hair skin and nails. But isn’t effective enough. Fish oil is better.
