These taste great and seem to work. But they are definitely not for anyone who is trying to avoid eating lots of sugar. They are very sweet. Overall though they are fine.

I've been eating these for quite some time. They taste great great packaging. I have noticed a difference in hair, skin and nails. I would totally recommend this product.

The texture of these weren't great, they did t taste great and they were kind of rubbery and hard. I didn't notice much difference taking them. I don't feel like they were effective.
