I took these for a few months and I feel like it made my nails stronger. I have weak nails but with these the nails became harder to bend which was nice! They also taste lovely which makes them easy to remember to take.

These were great and effective with consistency I could tell a big difference I. My hair. They taste great and easy to take and I find them very affordable
