Not sure if it were truly working. Homies sometimes hold too much sugar to make it take better and I think that's the case here. Don't think it was particularly bad though as a whole product.

I used this product for about 2 months i didn’t really like the taste and i didn’t noticed the difference in my appearance what i did like was the it was in the affordable side.

I take natures bounty everyday. I have problems with my thyroid so my nails and hair are very dry and brittle . I started using nature bounty and it has helped so much my nails and hair have began to grow . A must dry if you have these problems

I was having trouble with my nails getting hurt way to easily and I tried this product. I got results, although a little slow at first, and the gummies tasted okay.

These are my favorite, no bad taste, or bad after taste. They taste really good and not to mention they actually work. I started using them last yr and noticed a little bit of growth going on with my hair.
