All honestly im not exactly sure how good they work Im almost done with my first bottle but Im not exactly sure how its worked or if it has lol… They definitely are extremely good tasting though so 10/10 recommend.

I eat these gummies every day. They taste good unlike most vitamins. I’m not sure if they are doing anything yet, but I have been taking them for some time.
