This is something I stock up on when it goes on sale. It tastes really good and doesn't upset my stomach. The gummies are soft to chew as well. Definitely worthing buying.

This product has lots of flavor. It took me a while to find the right vitamin for my hair skin and nails. Not many other vitamins compare. The vitamin was effective. I am very satisfied with the product.

They taste really great and are good if you have trouble swallowing pills. However i took them for over 3 months and didn’t see a difference in my hair or nails. I’d pass on this one.
