The Natures Bounty Hair Skin and Nails Gummies are pretty decent. I'm not sure I've noticed much difference with hair growth but they taste good and are fairly affordable. They definitely supply a good amount of biotin. I recommend trying them.

I take 2 every day and I don't know if it's the vitamins or the other products I use but I feel like my hair is better ? I don't know notice anything With my nails or skin.i still take them every day though lol

These gummies have a good flavor. They do get a little hard and stick together in the bottom of the bottle, which makes them hard to get out. Contains the supplements I'm looking for, but not sure if they really make a difference or not.

I prefer gummies over pills for that type of thing, although I have taken it both ways, I like them a lot and they work, although I recommend you take or eat them for approximately 2 months or more to see the differences
