I have fine hair and short nails. I took these for months and still had fine hair and short nails. The gummies taste good but they really didnt do much for me.

These vitamins taste pretty good and are easy to take. However I did not really notice any changes when I was taking them. I would suggest taking the pills over these or biotin, which this brand also offers.

While tasting great, i've noticed my hair and nails getting stronger! my nails have stopped peeling after applying fake nails, and my hair seems to be growing a tad bit faster!

Works good as long as you are consistent with taking it. I eventually switched over to the gummies though because the smell and taste were a tad better.

I really love this product, this is my second bottle because I really love it, my hair feels very different after this, it is very strong and now I have hair por everywhere and that’s nice

These rubbers are very effective for the care of your nails, skin and hair. They have given me great results and their flavor is pleasant to the palate
