I have terrible nails (splitting, breaking, peeling) maybe they work well for someone that doesn’t have all these issues with their nails but I did not see any difference

I have been using Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin, and Nails gummies for a long time. The strawberry flavor is my favorite. Since taking these gummies, my hair is healthier. My nails are stronger and my skin looks and feels healthier.

I personally didn't notice a big difference in my health after using this product but maybe I am just very healthy. Wasn'thighly effectivefor me but that might be a different story for someone else.
