I do not like taking a bunch of pills. However this gummy is a life changer. The flavor is great. They are not very large. The only thing is I believe it could be a tad cheaper.

I don't know if it really helps with hair or nails but they taste really good, I have purchased more than once so that should day something. Texture is good just like a gummy and they are affordable and packaging is secure.

Not sure if it were truly working. Homies sometimes hold too much sugar to make it take better and I think that's the case here. Don't think it was particularly bad though as a whole product.

I bought these and haven’t even been taking them for a month and I’m already seeing results with my hair. It was always so dry and dull and now that I’ve been taking them. My hair feels soft healthy and looks shiny.

I got these a few years ago the quality of this is amazing the packaging is a pretty pink color this really did allow me to feel more beautiful the value is worth getting.
