These are super yummy and have a good texture so it isn't obvious it's a vitamin. They aren't super expensive they are reasonably priced too which is nice. As for effectiveness I have healthy hair and nails, both are strong which is great.

I really enjoyed taking these because of the taste. I did notice a difference in my nails but not much with my hair or skin. I’m sure if I take them longer I will notice a difference.

These gummy’s are great for anyone who wants healthy skin hair and nails. I love that the fact that their gummy is even better and easy to take. The packaging is fine basic.
