It is a good supplement. It tastes good. I would say it works . My hair and nails got healthier. And it is worth the money you pay for it.. The package is very beautiful and appealing.

What I like about these gummy vitamins are that they are soft and sweet and easy to take. They have a very berry flavor with the right amount of berry.

I think that as far as vitamins go, these are a great option! The gummies taste really good, and I think many of the vitamins are important for us to be taking
