These are my absolute favorite. They actually work like they say no false advertisement. They are so easy to take every day because they taste like candy so it's like a little treat.

These vitamins taste pretty good and are easy to take. However I did not really notice any changes when I was taking them. I would suggest taking the pills over these or biotin, which this brand also offers.

Yummy and I think it works. Sweet and taste a lot like candy so I really didn't have any problem adding it to my routine. I just didn't like it had gelatin in it. I avoid gelatin products at all costs

Only costed a few bucks ,much cheaper than pills. The strawberry flavor tasted great ,would buy again. However, I do not know if they actually helped my skin and hair grow since I never paid attention while taking them.

It's good that it has benefits to it, but considering the taste and how sweet it is. I would rather take it in capsule form. It's so sweet it makes my teeth hurt.

All honestly im not exactly sure how good they work Im almost done with my first bottle but Im not exactly sure how its worked or if it has lol… They definitely are extremely good tasting though so 10/10 recommend.

The taste was pretty good, along with the consistency of the gummy. I didn't see much of a change in my skin, nails, or hair after several months of using these gummies.

I take this every morning! I find that my hair skin and nails definitely feel and look much healthier. It is very important to take hair skin & nail supps. The taste also is very pleasing. Tastes like strawberry candy!
