I have been using these gummies for years with small periods of not using them and I can certainly tell the difference when I'm not using them, why I keep going back!

All I really have to say about this one is that it works differently for everyone. It does not work for me. I have found other options that have keratin and biotin in it for my skin and hair care

I took these once, honestly did see an improvement with my nails but that is about it. I stopped taking them because of that but pretty sure if you take them longer they work

I like the taste and easiness of this supplement. I haven't noticed the effects for my skin or hair much but it helps my nails to stay strong and healthy.

Well they clearly do something. I have oily skin and these just exacerbated that. Definitely didnt get the effect I wanted but maybe wiuld work better for someone who isnt oily. Taste is good.
