I have tried this for a while but haven't seen any results so I can't say it is effective, it tastes good and the packaging is nice! I got it in sale so it was a good value.

Overall, I liked this product because it did improve my hair,skin and nails. The gummy's are also very tasty so I looked forward to them. I would say the only negative thing would be the sugar in them.

They are soft and chewy just like a fruit snack. They also taste like strawberries it has a pretty good taste and texture not to bad at all compared to some other things on the market.

They taste great and feel like more of a treat! My skin and nails have never looked better! Great quality and great price! I definitely recommend giving these a try.
