I drink natures bounty hair skin & nails over 3 years. Of course I see the difference that way I still use it . I always drink it before my breakfast and one before dinner . I eat more vegetables and drink more water it help me change a lot

I used this for three months and saw absolutely no difference so I stopped using it. Basically a waste of money. Maybe it will work for you, but it definitely didn't work for me.
