Back when everyone was trying to get on hair, skin and nails vitamins, tried this and it did seem like my nails grew out faster. My skin and hair didn't seem to have any kind of negative effect but I did feel like it helped it looked better.

Nature's Bounty is a staple in my house. I am currently taking this supplement and I'm very happy with it. The gummies have a pleasant taste and are easy to take. I love that they contain almost everything you need in them.

I have used these gummies for years. I got them in hopes of my hair growing faster. I don't really notice that they make a difference with my hair. But my nails grow super strong when i take them and that's why I continue to use them.
