These supplements were pretty tasty, I feel like I'm just eating candy. Definitely helped me hair and nails grow fast. Can't go wrong with this supplement.

it doesn't rly grow your hair but makes ur nails super strong and grows fast. however does not grow ur hair faster or anything like that but still nice for nail strength

Thickened and hardened my nails , my hair is stronger and seems to have a shine to it and my skin isn't nearly as bad as it was. I'd definitely recommend this product.
