these are okay. i didnt see a difference in anything. they taste really good and are cheaper than other vitamins. Maybe it didnt work for me but it could for you. the ingredients are normal vitamin ingredients.

I like these gummies. They taste good, you don't have to take too many. I think I see a difference in my skin & my hair. Don't let get too hot, they will melt into one gummy lol
