I've been taking these for years it's great for hair and nail growth 10/10 love the tastes and texture I have not meet a person who doesn't love these

While I'm not 100% sure if these work, I like the flavor and like having them as part of a daily routine. I like anything that's easy to do, consistently and it's priced well. It can't hurt!

This vitamin does what it says. The gummies dont taste bad and have a soft and chewy texture. While i was taking it i noticed a change in my skin and my nails grew faster.

When I was taking these, my nails grew a lot. Even after I stopped taking it, for a while my nails were still growing strong. This is definitely worth it!
