The taste is ok but it's easier than a pill and I don't forget to take them because they don't taste gross like some other ones I have tried but over all has all the stuff I needed

We use coconut oil for a TON of stuff. I used for stretching while pregnant in several places, lol, I used it while breastfeeding. It was a painful process and there were products available to me but coconut oil is the safest!
