If you're looking for all over vitamins this is not bad. It has all the vitamins and minerals that you need yet not as much if you'll get the actual biotin which provides more MG.

Eh, I don't love these. I hate taking pills so I thought gummies were the way to go but these just taste awful to me and make me feel nauseous. They smell awful as well, the packaging is nice and the ingredients are fine though.

While I'm not 100% sure if these work, I like the flavor and like having them as part of a daily routine. I like anything that's easy to do, consistently and it's priced well. It can't hurt!
