I've been taking these for about a week and so far I like them. I havent seen a difference yet, I think it's too early, but they taste good and it helps me remember to take them!

I noticed a difference in my hair with using these. But I definitely noticed a difference in my nails! They become a lot stronger and longer with taking these vitamins! Added bonus, they tasted good too!

I love that this does not taste like medicine and like actual gummy candy. They are very soft and easy to chew and smooth to swallow. We are looking for a great vitamin to add to your regimen and this is a good choice. 

I tried these and definitely not a good idea. They aren't great tasting! I don't think I used them long enough to know if they work. I went back to "Gorgeous skin, hair, and nails!
