They are excellent for hair, skin and nails, and the best thing is that they are gummies so you won't have any problem consuming them if you can't take pills!!

These taste okay because they are full of sugar. I did not notice an improvement in my skin or nails. I think my hair grew faster but not necessarily thicker.

I eat these daily but I would say there are way better gummies on the market. Maybe not for biotin but there are some tasty probiotics. If they also made the bottle a little wider and shorter that would help with getting them out too.
