These are easy to like being that they taste great. But as far as them being easy to chew, there's not. So just beware of that. The price is about the same as most vitamins in this category.

Not sure if it were truly working. Homies sometimes hold too much sugar to make it take better and I think that's the case here. Don't think it was particularly bad though as a whole product.

I have been taking since a year now. I love how my hair and nails been strong and less damaged now. I take two gummies in a day. It's got good flavor. Comes in a good tall bottle. I love gummies better then meds.
