These taste so yummy! Most gummies have a super unnatural taste but these don't. They're almost like a snack! I love these and my mom and sister uses them too.

I love vitamins in gummy form. They seem to settle in my tummy better than pills or capsules! The flavor is good and I believe that benefitted from using these for both my hair and nails.

I liked the taste, it was like strawberry. I did not see any results tho so I don't know how effective it is. However, I can appreciate how easy they were to take.
