Taking these currently… easy to chew gummies with 2500 MCG biotin, as well as antioxidants and vitamins. Take 2 with a meal. I see improvement in hair and nail and skin health.

I have used this brand for a long time. I tried other brands for hair/skin/nails . This line has worked well the past few months. My nails look super healthy and strong

I'm not quite sure if they actually work as I have not been taking them that long, but they do taste good for a vitamin. I do think I prefer pills over chewable though.
