All I really have to say about this one is that it works differently for everyone. It does not work for me. I have found other options that have keratin and biotin in it for my skin and hair care

I used this for about 2 months! I didn’t see great results. The gummy was tough and left a chalky after taste in my mouth. Definitely saw better results with other gummies!
