This work okay I did see improvement. Ultimately I quit using them because they upset my stomach. I do not know if that was a me thing or the product but alas. Smell and taste alright for being a vitamin.

I've been taking these for while now and I do like them. I have seen a difference in hair and nails. This size is nice. I hope they increase the flavor range. Overall great product.

This vitamin helped my nails grow strong and my hair grow long. I take this once a day and the bottle almost lasts me three months. The taste of strawberry is not overpowering at all, it is actually nice.

I can not really tell if it worked or not. It tastes really good sometimes depends on if you are in the mood or not. I would change the flavor to a better one if I could.
