I noticed a great amount of hair and nail growth while taking this product. That is something that is very important to me, and this product helped so much.

I really liked the strawberry flavor! I use as directed, two gummies daily with a meal. I would recommend it, just measure your hair before that was my mistake I didn’t do. My hair definitely did grow but I’m not sure how much exactly.
