I really like this supplement for my nails especially. I did not see much difference on my skin or hair but my nails have been improving. They are no longer brittle or broken easily.

Good tasting. Takes several months to see results but it worked . After you stop you start to loose the results in a month , i would love to have a clear gummy instead of the type they sell

This product is a great source for biotin. I've been using it for over 3 years, the results are very effective and efficient. I love how this brand offers a gummy alternative instead of pills which makes it even more fun to take and tasty.

It taste good and doesn't have a overwhelming sense of grossness. It is great and I liked it. My hair grew a lot more and my nails grew in stronger than usual.

These gummies do seem to work well with consistent use, I just wish there were more flavor options, as I'm not a huge fan of the flavor. I've noticed more of a difference with these than other Hair, Skin, and nails supplements.
