These gummies were addictive to me. They taste sooo good that I wanted to have more and more. I used them for quite a while. Not sure if they deliver since I also took Podwer collagen too

Taste fine. Didn't notice a huge change but I wasn't always consistent either. I would rather take gummies than swallow a few pills for the same effect.

I think these seem to work. To be honest I don't necessarily see a difference, but they make me feel like I am doing something to help my hair health. I love the gummy taste and they are priced right. Can't hurt is my motto!
