My nails were very weak until I started taking these gummies. Now I dont have any issues of breaking or cracking of nails like before. I am taking this currently and I can see some glow on my skin as well. Also good price than others in the market.

This product didn't really work for me. After about 2 months of taking the vitamin j saw very little results. But have friends who has seen improvement whole taking it.

I took this whole bottle, I didn't really see a whole difference in my hair, skin, or nails. I know you're supposed to take it for a long time to see a difference so maybe I stopped too soon.
