These biotin vitamin gummies are not only beneficial, but they actually taste really good too! I have not taken them for long enough to notice dramatic change, but they have helped my nails.

Taste is good. Definitely helps for nails and skin. Not sure on the hair part. Didnt help me with my hair. But it may work for others. Don't knock it till you try it

These vitamins taste pretty good and are easy to take. However I did not really notice any changes when I was taking them. I would suggest taking the pills over these or biotin, which this brand also offers.

Thickened and hardened my nails , my hair is stronger and seems to have a shine to it and my skin isn't nearly as bad as it was. I'd definitely recommend this product.

I bleach my hair so it is not in the best health. These gummies not only taste amazing but they work. It takes time so keep taking them. Also, these do not make me break out like other brands do!
