Flavor of this gummy is delicious and chewy, no artificial flavoring tasted! Not sure if it has improved my hair skin and nails but take it in case there is any improvement!

These gummies taste amazing and I believe they really made a difference with my hair length and strength. Especially when used consecutively for a month or longer.
