These are pretty okay, these taste good and are easy available at all the grocery stores! I did see a slight difference in my nail growth but did not see a major difference in my hair growth or skin quality!

I think this is a good vitamin supplement for hair skin and nails, I feel like after a few weeks of taking these I felt glowier and my skin was smooth, and my nails were stronger. I would buy again!

This is a really good formula for the hair skin and nail health and growth. It takes a while to see the results usually 3-4 months but it is worth the results
